17 Finalists announced for Sydney Eisteddfod McDonald"s Dance of Champions

17 champion dance groups have been selected to perform in the Sydney Eisteddfod McDonald"s Dance of Champions on 17 September.
Finalists will have the opportunity to perform in the live event that will be recorded for television, in the hope of securing their part of the $28,000 on offer.
Each of the finalists secured their place in this prestigious event by placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in qualifying dance group events from the 2017 Sydney Eisteddfod.

Sydney Eisteddfod McDonald"s Dance of Champions will be held at UNSW, Science Theatre on 17 September 2017, 5pm.
Sydney Eisteddfod McDonald"s Dance of Champions will be broadcast nationally on Network Ten on Sunday 15 October 2017, 12:30pm.

* Sydney Eisteddfod is a not-for-profit organisation that runs one of the most successful competitive performing arts festivals of its type in the world. We have an average of 350 events yearly with competitors coming mostly from NSW/ACT but also from other states and New Zealand.
