The last five years have seen Dummies Corp win a slew of awards and receive critical acclaim around the globe, with four years of sell out seasons at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Past Dummies Corp productions have been likened to Cirque du Soleil and Circus Oz, and this latest adventure sees the Dummies trade in their wheelie bins and pool toys for maps, backpacks and a whole lotta foliage.

A powerful cast of female acrobats has been assembled for this latest family adventure. Ellen Henry, Maya Tregonning and Shona Conacher are masters of circus in this extravaganza of organised chaos! As silly as they are strong, Don't Mess with the Dummies follows these three daring, dynamic Dummies as they go on a raucous ride of non-stop slapstick, inventive puppetry and imaginative gameplay, delivered in signature Dummie style, with enough catchy tunes and pop culture references to keep the adults entertained.

Dummies Corp. founder Jamie Bretman says "Most comedy line up shows are heavily male dominated with the token female comedian. We've found our industry does not always encourage women take on the clown role, let alone an entire female ensemble. We felt we were in a position to nurture these incredible women, giving them platform to express themselves through comedy, imagination and play. We wanted to have female influence both on and off stage so young girls can see these talented women performing and feel that anything is possible."

A graduate of Australia's premier circus school NICA, Ellen Henry discovered circus as a way of exploring the capabilities of the human body in a creative way. Her forte lies in juggling, loop straps and acrobatics.

Shona Conacher has hula hooped her way around Australia, New Zealand and the UK, whilst also displaying her expert aerial silks and table sliding skills.

Another NICA graduate, Maya Tregonning specialised in comedy aerial ladder, foot juggling and group acrobatics and has recently completed successful seasons in Woodford, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne Fringe Festivals with her ensemble devised show 'Out of this World', a theatrical circus comedy for young audiences.

The show explores themes of friendship, love and support, with each Dummie taking on their own relatable role within the group: Ellen as the 'responsible' leader of the pack, the erratic and malleable Maya, and Shona, the excitable clown solving problems in unexpected ways.

Full of laughs, immersive action and plenty of surprises, the Dummies side-splitting slapstick and mind-boggling stunt work will have the audience simultaneously rolling in the aisles laughing and glued to the edge of their seats.

The performance runs for 60 minutes and is for audiences of all ages.
