With five ARIA Award nominations across nine studio albums, Grunwald's critically acclaimed latest record Mojo saw him tour internationally before releasing another record, Push The Blues Away, for a side project with The Teskey Brothers. In an exciting mix of electronica and classic blues sounds, witness a compelling troubadour at his best.

Audiences will also be treated to the debut of newly formed local band History of Trees when the band provides the support act for Grunwald's Adelaide Guitar Festival appearance.

After writing a surplus of songs that clashed with the style of his current bands, including award-winning group The Streamliners, renowned blues guitarist Nick Kipridis formed his latest side project to consolidate what he describes as a mongrel mix of new music.

Performing to a live audience for the first time, History of Trees will begin with gentle acoustic before building up to an electric maelstrom of compositions and improvisations.
