Award-winning Melbourne artist Natasha Bieniek presents new solo exhibition at Linden New Art
Melbourne-based mid-career artist Natasha Bieniek will present a new solo exhibition at Linden New Art from Saturday 22 May until Sunday 22 August. This exhibition brings together a suite of works that have never
previously been exhibited together before, including Bieniek's stand out painting, Biophilia, which was the winner of the Wynne Prize in 2015. Bieniek's paintings are meticulous in their execution and demand close inspection. They draw on notions of the past and present, linking the ancient tradition of 16th century miniature painting with present-day image culture.
