Twenty-three year old comedian, Zoë Sitas, has made huge strides since starting out in stand up just two years ago. In this time, they've been a Raw Comedy State Finalist, headlined across NSW, featured in the Best of the Fest' showcase during their sold out run at Sydney Comedy Festival, and have even opened for Wil Anderson at The Comedy Store in Sydney.
Zoë Sitas: With Two Dots is a coming-of-age stand up show about being a queer millennial, and the bullsh*t that comes living with endometriosis: a disease that affects one in ten women in Australia. This show will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy “ the perfect pre- dinner snack that won't ruin your appetite.
Endo has made me laugh harder, live louder and love fuller. I hope my audience feels this way when they leave my show.
Zoë Sitas is a South African-born, Sydney-grown comedian of Cypriot descent who has two-thirds of a nursing degree (and very nervous parents). Zoë is a regular in the Improv Theatre Sydney ensemble and sold out a run of their improvised stand up show last year at Sydney Fringe Comedy Festival. They've recently toured in rooms across regional NSW, Melbourne and Cape Town, and have shared stages with the likes of Susie Youseff (The Project), Zoë Coombs Marr (Just For Laughs, MICF), and Rove McManus (Rove).
"Zoë is a refreshing departure from comedy as we know it." “ Pulp.
The future of comedy. “ Edan Lacey, Co-Founder of Improv Theatre Sydney.
Their unique wavelength, spirited fizz and bang is a refreshing change from a lot of the stand-up we see in today's landscape. “ Theatre Travels.
