Relaunching this summer, Artspace One Year Studio Program
Artspace is excited to announce that applications for the One Year Studio Program are now open. Applications close 31 July, 11.59pm (AEST).
As part of The Gunnery transformation, the program offering has increased from 7 to 10 revitalised rent-free studios.
A central tenet of Artspace’s program, the studio residencies aim to reflect the diversity of contemporary artistic practice. The One Year Studio Program offers artists the space to work freely and test new ideas, as well as providing critical support, ongoing advocacy, professional development and opportunities to engage with our national and international peer networks.
The contracted residency period is from February 2024 to February 2025, however this year the selected artists will commence with the reopening of Artspace in The Gunnery building in late 2023.
Artists across all generations, career stages and art forms are encouraged to apply for this exciting program. Applications close 31 July, 11.59pm (AEST).
