Last year I was hoping to launch Ninkinpa Gallery, my home studio but due to overwhelming demand we had to move the exhibition to Yamuloong Cultural Centre. Well now I am launching Ninkinpa Studio & Gallery and introducing my brother, Damian Smith to the Newcastle Art World.

Growing up in Toronto West, Damian and Saretta has successfully concord the Northern and Southern hemisphere art worlds, Saretta with her unique Aboriginal Artworks & Damian branching out from his background in classical ballet where he contemplated the theoretical spaces where dance exists, Damian set out to create art works that challenges dance by questioning the dynamic interplay between movement, the performer, and the geographical and temporal performative spaces it exists in.
